Lee’s Summit High School is proud to recognize the following students for outstanding academic achievement through prestigious statewide and national honors.
Missouri Scholars Academy
Elizabeth P. and Nadia R. have been selected for the Missouri Scholars Academy. This competitive, three-week residential program at the University of Missouri identifies academically gifted rising juniors from across the state.
National Merit Scholarship Program Finalists
Paul K. and Ella Y. have been named National Merit Scholarship Program finalists. This distinction recognizes students who scored among the highest in the nation on the PSAT/NMSQT.
Missouri Scholars 100
Paul K. and Ella Y. were also named Missouri Scholars 100 honorees. This recognition honors Missouri’s top students for excellence in scholarship, leadership and citizenship.
